Mother & Daughter Retreat

The mother and daughter relationship is one of the most sacred bonds we have in our lives because it is eternal by nature. Each expression of this bond is unique, containing its own gifts, beauty and challenge. It’s a relationship that is always evolving as we continue to grow as women, even if your own mother is no longer in this physical world.

This retreat offers the space for mothers and daughters to spend quality time together within the spaciousness of nature. This will also be a moment where you can spend time with other mothers and daughters, in honour of the bond we all share. An opportunity to learn and grow together as women.

Together we will explore the universal experience of being a woman across generation and how the archetypes of the feminine are represented within myth, nature and ourselves.

This retreat aims to normalise some of the challenges that can be present in the mother / daughter dynamic yet also inspires the gold that can be unearthed when we learn to work together with kindness and respect.

We will work with a foundation of accessible embodiment practices, various meditation techniques,  breath work, heart full communication practices, sacred sound and ritual.

All bodies, hearts and ages welcome and any limitations or reservations held with true care.

We will be a group of 14 women moving at the speed of trust.

This retreat already feels like a true honour to guide and I can assure you that each woman who joins will be held with love and care by our expert and grounded retreat team.
