As the new calendar year opens to us, this day retreat will invite you to explore your heart as your body’s true leader, guiding not just with strength and resilliance, but with intuition and the most sublime softness. 

Join Fern for a day retreat that explores our exquisite hearts through the context of ancient wisdom and modern biology as we move, breathe and unwind into the centre of our heart centre.

Over the course of the day we will move through three extended practices that will illuminate the miracle of your physical heart and also support you to explore this spiralic oragan as the seat of spirit. We wil explore how it is through  the heart that our life experiences from heart break to joy are experienced and communicated into the rest of our body and how it is through nourishing the heart that we can bring vitality to spirit.  

This day retreat offers three extended practices all held in the exquisute Encantada Floresta in beautiful Sintra. 

Unwinding Heart Centre  -  An embodied yoga & movement experience that softly unwinds into our physical and somatic heart, exploring our heart as a vortex that spins blood through the whole of our body and can also offer the most profound depth and stillness.  

Our heart’s true longing. A group ritual that will help you articulate and bring intention to your heart’s deepest longings for the unfolding year. 

Integration practice. We will leave this final practice to be determined by our group’s energy.
