My journey with yoga began twenty years ago. For me I’ve never been interested in progressing through “shapes” but always studied and shared from the perspective of movement intelligence, nervous system science and felt sense awareness. Yoga for me will always be a practice where we are able to deepen into the truth of who we are, where we are reminded again and again of our own sacred biology showing us that all life is part of the same living web.
